I've been looking at these Lazerwood wooden attachments since we blogged about them a while ago, and it was first last week I decided to order them to try it out. By looking at the pictures of their website, I was pretty curious on how you attach them to your headphones. My first though was that I needed to remove the original plastic pieces, but that was not the case. Lazerwood sends you a package that includes three pieces. One for each ear, and one for the upper part that goes across your head. What do you need when attaching the wood, is it hard? You need something tiny and sharp, I used a small knife. It's not hard at all, but you have to give yourself some time to not screw things up. On the back of the package there's clear and easy instructions on how to put them on. The wood is attached with a sticky side of the wooden piece, just like a sticker. The only hard part, which isn't hard is to make sure that everything aligns, and that's the hardest part in converting your headphones. Follow my photos, and you'll get a more clear picture of how it works.

Result: Lazerwood for Beats by Dre is a fairly cheap ($35) way to give your headphones a new look. The wooden pieces are real wood, no fake stuff here. Putting them onto your headphones will take you about 30 minutes, and the results will be flawless. And if you get tired of the wood, simply remove it and your old headphones will be back. I will give Lazerwood for Beats by Dre 9 out of 10 points. The point that I decided to remove is because even though everything aligned as it should've, there was still a millimeter missing to cover the entire upper part, but that could've might as well been bad luck. So if you're looking for a cool and fairly cheap way to give your headphones, your solution can get bought right here.

Fits very well with the EXOvault wooden iPhone cases.
