As a celebration of upcoming Le Mans Classic that's taking place 6th-8th July Richard Mille decided to do a limited Tourbillon, releasing just 2 pieces! The RM 008 LMC is 48x39 mm and has a titanium case with tourbillon movement, split seconds chronograph and a power-reserve longer than most watches. Price? Unknown, problaby a bit to high.

Bamford Watch Department is well known for their customization of several watch manufactures where Rolex is one of them. And truth to be told, they most often succeed with doing their thing, but what the hell happened here? They've taken the stunning Milgauss and turned it into something that Jerermy Scott could've done for Swatch or something? But hey, what's a better valentines gift than a customized Rolex Milgauss?

Ed O'Neill from one of our favorite shows Modern Family is here seen sporting a Rolex Daytona in steel with a white face while playing his character Jay Pritchett in episode S03E01. Jay plays a upper middle class father with a trophy wife and plenty of gadgets in his huge house. At the 2012 Baselworld Watch Exhibition in Switzerland, Hublot decided to showcase something extra ordinary for their audience. Their new piece is "called" the 5 Million Dollar Watch, and says to be the most expensive watch in the world right now. The piece is encrusted in 14-carat diamond, and the amount of diamonds to be more exact is 1,292 pieces, which makes it worth around 5 million dollars. Even though the high price tag, the watch has already been sold to the luxury watch retailer 'The Hour Glass' in Singapore.

My mate Alexander who also happens to be the founder of this blog has as you all should know by moved to San Francisco. And since Alex happens to be sporting a Rolex I thought what more mind blowing thought than posting an ad for Rolex shoot under the Golden Gate bridge? Great, I know. The Rolex Big Boat Series is a sailing competition embracing Rolex tradition of sponsoring sports events. With IWC recent updates of almost all of their most popular watches the Pilot's Watch Double Chrono came off best looking, in my opinion. With 46 mm in diameter and a power reserve of 44 hours this beauty does also feature a double chronograph, supporting IWC rich aviator history this will be the weapon of choice for many pilots. Last week, Rolex gave us a little preview of the Sky Dweller, that Jakob posted. He's usually the one who makes the watch posts, since he's a genius when it comes to watches. But in order to not make this into old news, I now give you THE ROLEX 2012 SKY DWELLER! From what I can see, the watch looks fucking amazing, no doubt. It comes in three colors/materials; champagne, ivory or chocolate dials, each watch features 18 ct yellow, white or everose gold. There's probably some more unique stuff about this new release of theirs, but what do I know.

One of my all time favorite watch stores is Le Collection'Heure, a small store in Brussels run by Antoine Rauis. I had the pleasure to visit the store last August and did of course try some really nice vintage Rolex watches! This particular one was however not in stock by then but my god, what a beauty! It's a Submariner 6538 no date meters first worn by Sean Connery himself in plenty of James Bond movies. The dial has by time turned into matt black and the indicators have turned beautiful yellowish. This is why one would buy a vintage watch, the great history and outstanding beauty!
